Literature search and selection for your thesis

We source and provide the literature needed for all chapters of your bachelor’s or master’s thesis, or one selected chapter. You receive an organised package of available materials and a bibliography matched to the agreed scope. Before starting, we agree on the topic, outline, delivery format, and access to the publications needed.

How we can help

Literature for every chapter or one selected chapter

Literature for the whole thesis

Using your topic and outline, we prepare the source material needed for each chapter. We select material on concepts, theoretical approaches, and research findings relevant to the agreed scope.

Literature for one chapter

Send the chapter title and the issues it will cover. We source and provide the literature needed for that section, with a bibliography and guidance on using the materials.

Materials after a change of topic or outline

We review your existing collection and source literature that is missing for the new scope. We organise the publications that remain relevant and the materials needed for the revised chapters.

What you receive

A literature package with a prepared bibliography

You receive the sourced literature in the agreed form, with a bibliography organised by chapter or topic. We agree on the scope of material to be provided before starting.

Materials for your thesis

  • Publications selected for all chapters or one particular section.
  • Full texts and extracts that can be provided within the agreed scope.
  • Clear information on material formats and any additional access needed.

A prepared bibliography

  • Author, title, and edition details for the selected publications.
  • A source list in the agreed referencing format.
  • Bibliography entries linked to the chapters or issues in your thesis.

Guidance on using your sources

  • Guidance on where the materials can be used in your thesis.
  • A distinction between theoretical foundations, research, and other source types.
  • An indication of whether the full text, an extract, an abstract, or a catalogue description was checked.

We put together the complete package needed for the agreed topic and chapter scope. We check quotations, page numbers, and publication details in the texts available. The package explains the form of the materials provided and how each publication can be accessed.

Matching the literature

Literature matched to the content of each chapter

First, we compare the topic and outline with the material needed for all chapters or the selected section. The package should cover the agreed issues, from concepts and approaches to research or the legal context. We select and organise publications according to their actual relevance.

  • We take account of the required language, publication period, and supervisor’s guidelines.
  • We distinguish current research from older works that remain important to a particular approach.
  • We verify the author, title, and publication details.
  • We identify available full texts and extracts, and explain how to access the remaining publications.

The number and types of publications follow the agreed topic and chapter scope. Before starting, we agree on the form of the materials, access to publications, and any separate costs.

How we work

From the chapter outline to your literature package

  1. We agree on the materials needed

Send your topic and outline. We confirm whether you need literature for all chapters or one selected chapter, and agree on the package, bibliography format, and deadline.

  2. We source and prepare the literature

We select the publications needed and check their details and available content. We organise materials by topic, prepare the bibliography, and identify access restrictions.

  3. We deliver the materials and bibliography

You receive the agreed material package and bibliography. We explain where the sources can be used in your chapters and identify publications that need additional access. File formats and the delivery method are agreed before work begins.

Choose the right scope

Literature sourcing, bibliography correction, and chapter writing

This service covers sourcing and providing literature and a bibliography for the agreed topic and chapters. Writing a theoretical chapter, a research synthesis, or a full systematic review requires a separate scope agreement.

Your first message

What should you send for literature sourcing?

  • Your topic, field of study, type of thesis, and available chapter outline.
  • Whether the materials should cover all chapters or one selected chapter, and the issues it needs to address.
  • Your current bibliography and publications that do not need to be sourced again.
  • Requirements for the language, currency, and types of material.
  • Details of library access and the deadline you need.

If your outline is not ready, explain the aim and expected scope of the thesis. We confirm the materials to prepare, file formats, delivery method, and deadline. The package distinguishes full texts, extracts, and abstracts, and explains access and the conditions for providing publications.

Questions about scope and preparing materials

Can a thesis be based only on Polish sources?

It depends on the topic and requirements. For an international topic, restricting sources to one language may leave out important research. Polish sources help describe the Polish context, while sources from other countries can broaden the comparison. The choice should follow the research question, not a fixed proportion.

Will I receive full texts of all found publications?

Not always. Some materials are publicly available, while others are accessible via the library or paid access. In the list, we indicate the access method and whether the full text, abstract, or catalogue description was checked. Purchasing publications and using paid resources require separate agreement.

What does preparing and providing literature for a degree thesis include?

We prepare source materials needed for the agreed topic and chapter scope, along with the related bibliography. Before starting, we agree on the form of materials, file formats, and delivery method. We indicate whether the full text, a fragment, abstract, or publication description is available. If the full text cannot be provided, we specify the limitation and access method.

Do you prepare literature for the entire thesis or just one chapter?

Yes. You can commission the preparation and provision of all the literature needed for every chapter or for one specified chapter. Send the topic, outline, and requirements for sources. Based on this, we will agree on the scope of materials and prepare a package with a bibliography and guidance on using the publications in the relevant parts of the thesis.
